Margaret G. “Josie” Moffitt, 86, of Ocean View, Del., formerly of Baltimore, Md., passed away Sunday, May 18, 2008, at the Beebe Medical Center, Lewes, Del. She was a retired retail buyer for a department store in Baltimore. She attended St. Ann’s Catholic Church in Bethany Beach, Del.
Moffitt was preceded in death by her parents, Vincent and Maria DiGiorgio; and her husband, James Moffitt. She is survived by two sons, James Michael Moffitt and his wife, Nancy, of Waldorf, Md. and Timothy David Moffitt; her sister, Rose Powell of Ellicott City, Md.; a caregiver, Sharol Dunkum of Ocean View; three grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
