Retha L. Kauffman Cleveland, 51, of Dagsboro, passed away Thursday, March 15, 2007, at her home. She had just received her ring for 25 years of service with M&T Bank in Millsboro. She always had a smile for everyone and had an abundance of friends.
Kauffman was preceded in death by her father, Charles Kauffman. She is survived by her husband, James R. Cleveland Jr.; mother and step-father, Hilda and Raymond Mitchell; step-mother, Barbara Kauffman; son, Matthew Kauffman and his wife Megan; step-children, Miles Cleveland and his wife Lisa, James R. Cleveland III, Bobby and his wife Roxi, Ray and his wife Susan; brother, Robert Kauffman and his wife Terri; step-sisters, Peggy Bailey and her husband David, Chris Baker and her husband Albert; step-sister, Beth Rogers; step-brothers, Kevin and Jeff Wharton; grandchildren, the lights of her life, McKenzie Kauffman, Brandon, Miranda, Cleveland, Makala, Jordon and Dalton; and several nieces and nephews.
A funeral service was scheduled for Wednesday, March 21, 2007, with burial in St. George’s Cemetery in Clarksville.
