ALL that certain piece, parcel or lot of land with improvements thereon erected, situate in Baltimore Hundred, Sussex County and State of Delaware, and lying on the north side of the street leading from I.W. Long Store to the Depot, and more particularly described as follows to wit:

TERMS: 20 percent of the purchase money will be demanded on day of sale (The $4,000.00 Bidder Registration Fee will be credited to the 20% deposit).
